Here are my softsubs for the drama Kore wa Keihi de Ochimasen! (This is Not a Business Expense!). They are timed to match 4masfan's raws.

Feel free to retime these or retranslate them or whatever, just don't sell them, please!

All 10 episodes here: MF

Notes (spoilers):

The film that Moriwaka rents is called "Kamera wo Otosu na!" (Don't Drop the Camera), which is a reference to the 2017 zombie comedy film "Kamera wo Tomeru na!" aka One Cut of the Dead.
However, the verb "otosu" is the transitive equivalent of the intransitive verb "ochiru", which is used in the title of this drama, and has multiple meanings. So the title of the film could also be interpreted as meaning "don't accept the camera as a business expense". The same verb "otosu" is used twice in the title of this episode as well.
I spelled 野瀬 as Nosse instead of Nose because "Mr Nose" looked ridiculous to me, sorry Nose's of the world.

This is karintō.
Shibata's comment about lion cubs at the end is referring to the saying 獅子の子落とし "shishi no ko otoshi", based on the mistaken idea that lions throw their cubs off cliffs and raise only the strong survivors. The meaning is similar to "spare the rod and spoil the child".
Asabuki Mika: 麻吹美華 (麻: hemp, flax; 吹: blow; 美: beautiful; 華: flower, glorious).

Asabuki uses a lot of English words and really exaggerates their pronunciation, hence all the italics...
Old Man Who Made Trees Blossom: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanasaka_Jiisan
Let sleeping dogs lie: Asabuki actually said "触らぬ神に祟り無し" (Untouched gods won't curse you). It has a similar meaning.

Soap #2 is really cherry blossom soap but that's too long for subs, sorry!
Sendai city is in Miyagi prefecture, about an hour from Yamagata.

In the red = a negative value or a loss. In the black = a positive value or a profit.
One of the Ten-Ten Girls auditionees says something about Hokuto. This is a quote from a match between Kandori Shibo and Hokuto Akira, two female pro-wrestlers.
The band Carølinë in the show is played by the real band 0.1gの誤算 (0.1g no Gosan). This band refers to its fans as strawberries. So the line I translated as "You're a fan?" is more literally translated as "You're a strawberry?"

"What are you going to do, Moriwaka?" <- This is the episode title and a line said in the episode. It's also a line in the ending song. (Actually, the main version of this song is called "What would you do if it were you?" but they changed it for this show. You can listen to it here.)
Baumkuchen is a type of cake.
"Yutashiku unigee sabira" is the Okinawan version of "yoroshiku onegaishimasu" (please treat me kindly).
