Yeah, I think I agree with you. It seemed that Tokai thought Takashina knew about it, but I'm leaning towards thinking that he just really believes in the Snipe. "Mentally weak" is a good way to put it. I hadn't considered that Saeki might not know either. I'll have to watch that part again!
